Landon was ready to go!
Dada and momma were ready!
We had snacks
The car was loaded!
And we were off!!!!
In south Arkansas dada made up a new game! Count the irrigation wells that are running! Not quite the license plate game. Ha! We saw a high boy (some sort of weird looking farm equipment) and two crop dusters!!!! Landon thought those were pretty neat and since we saw the high boy and crop dusters at the same time Landon got confused and now thinks crop dusters are called high boys! Ha!
We stopped in Jackson at Chick-fil-A for lunch and a play stop for Landon. He did really well on the trip and we didn't have to break out the new DVD player until after our stop. We are pretty sure he thought watching Nemo in the car was about the coolest thing ever!! We got to our hotel in Mobile around 5:30.
Landon helped bring in the luggage.
And he spotted the pool immediately so of course he and his dada had to swim first thing! Landon had a major swimming breakthrough and swam (with arm floaties) the entire length of the pool by himself!!!!!! I didn't get any video or pictures but will when we get to Florida! Dada and I were so proud of our little guy!!!
After swimming we had a little picnic in our room! We ordered pizza and watched tv until bedtime!
We woke up around 7ish and now we are back on the road! We didn't wait to break out the DVD player this time! Barney is blaring in the background as I type and Landon is being quiet. Funny how that works!
